WE OFFER SAME DELIVERY TO ZIP CODES 81637 & 81631 TUESDAY-SATURDAY FROM 12-8PM. WE HAVE A TWO HOUR DELIVERY WINDOW AND THE LAST ORDER NEEDS TO BE PLACED BY 6PM FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY, OTHERWISE IT WILL BE NEXT DAY DELIVERY. NEXT DAY DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE TUESDAY-SATURDAY AS WELL WITH A 2 HOUR DELIVERY WINDOW BETWEEN 12-8PM. NO DELIVERIES ON SUNDAY AND MONDAY.
Weather may affect delivery windows. If road conditions require rescheduling, we'll contact you directly.
LOTTERY AND TOBACCO/CIGARETTES ARE EXCLUDED FROM DELIVERY.
Delivery Schedule & Fees
Delivery is available Tuesday through Saturday. A minimum order of $30 (before tax and fees) is required.

A state-mandated fee of $0.29 will appear as a separate line item on your receipt, as required by Colorado law (C.R.S. §43-4-218). This fee is collected by retailers and remitted to the state — it is not retained by The Liquor Shop. The rate is reviewed and may adjust annually each July.
All fees are displayed at checkout before your order is placed.
Important Details
- You'll receive your delivery date and a two-hour window via email confirmation.
- Please ensure a clear, safe path for our drivers, including snow removal from driveways and walkways. Drivers may decline delivery if unsafe conditions are present.
- An adult 21 or older must be present to accept every delivery — no exceptions.
- Out-of-stock items will be removed from your order and you will not be charged. Backordered items are not fulfilled automatically — please place a new order.
At the Door
- Be present — our driver must see you in person.
- Have your valid ID ready. We'll record your ID number and date of birth. Accepted: Colorado driver's license or passport.
- Sign for your order and enjoy.
Returns
Unopened products in good condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Beer must be in its original sealed factory carton or six-pack carrier. A 15% restocking fee applies if returning more than 30% of your original order. Special-order items are not eligible for return. The Colorado Retail Delivery Fee is non-refundable on returned orders.
Kegs
- Kegs are not included in free delivery promotions.
- 5 and 8-gallon barrels: $19.99 delivery fee.
- 16-gallon barrels: not available for delivery.
Mountain Area Delivery
Located in Gypsum along the I-70 corridor, The Liquor Shop is your local mountain delivery resource.

Colorado state law requires that a person 21 or older be personally present to accept delivery, provide valid identification, and sign for the order. The Liquor Shop reserves the right to decline any sale or delivery at its sole discretion. Delivery fees, service areas, and minimum order requirements are subject to change without notice.
